Original Makers Club is a curated lifestyle publication that explores ways for readers to discover the best local independent businesses and business owners in their community. The team is a small group of passionate photographers, artists, writers and brand activators working together in Louisville, KY. Original Makers Club provides a space in the Nulu neighborhood of Louisville where we can come together and work diligently to create small gatherings, photograph and design the publication, and help activate brands into targeted lifestyle events.

The Original Makers Club isn’t a standard advertising publication. Those come in the mail with glossy covers, cramped type, and the slick feeling of someone trying to sell you something. If anything, Original Makers Club is the exact opposite of that. It’s a real publication, matte, heavy, beautiful covers that you can tell countless hours of hard work have gone into.

They’ve released magazines in three cities: Lexington, Louisville and Cincinnati and they’re planning on releasing one in Nashville soon. It’s not all about the advertising though. The magazine serves as a great boost to local businesses, helping get their names out to the public and bring more customers in the door.
